Rettet das Maxim-Kino!
Schon wieder ist ein Münchner Programmkino in Gefahr. Das Maxim an der Landshuter Allee 33 kämpft ums Überleben - und hat deswegen eine Petition gestartet.
Seit 103 Jahren gibt es das kleine Filmtheater. Wer hier gerne weiterhin Werke abseits des Mainstreams schauen möchte, kann unter change.org seine Unterstützung zeigen.
Die Betreiber wenden sich in dem Schreiben an Oberbürgermeister Dieter Reiter. Es heißt:
"Doch der Pachtvertrag des Kinos wurde zum März 2016 gekündigt! Jetzt steigt die Miete erneut um etwa 40%. Für einen sich selbst tragenden Kinobetrieb ist das, gerade in Anbetracht der nötigen Investitionen nicht tragbar!"
Und weiter:
"Wir wehren uns gegen den Ausverkauf unserer Städte! Von der Politik fordern wir, die Immobilienwirtschaft in ihre Schranken zu weisen und sie zu sozialem Handeln zu bewegen."
